Novation Signs Purchasing Agreement with CBORD

For Immediate Release

Ithaca, New York—Customers of VHA Inc. and UHC, who are members of the group purchasing organization Novation, will now be able to purchase CBORD products at discounts. In November, 2003, Novation, based in Irving, TX, signed a sole source agreement for CBORD's Cashless System utilizing Employee ID badges for payroll deduction and debit functions throughout the facility, and a dual source award for its foodservice software systems.

CBORD is the world's largest provider of foodservice software and a leading provider of privilege control solutions and cashless systems. The company has more than 5,000 clients worldwide.
