Webfood® Online Solution Released to Hospitality Industry

Ithaca, New York—The CBORD Group, Inc., announced today that the company has released a new version of its popular Webfood Online Ordering Service. This latest version includes capabilities specifically designed to meet the needs of Multi-Unit Foodservice Operators (MUFSO). CBORD has leveraged its thirty years of experience in foodservice automation to deliver this online ordering service.

The first Webfood Online Ordering Service was installed in early 2002 in the university market. The new release includes a significant number of capabilities that its development team has added to the original system, making Webfood the most comprehensive and feature-rich online ordering solution available today. From the start, the Webfood solution was designed with integration to other systems in mind: the new version offers an extensive list of interfaces to both CBORD offerings and third-party systems. These include: Point-of-Sale, Credit Card Authorization, Supply Chain Management, Stored Value Card, Customer Frequency Programs, Table Management Systems, Catering, Nutritional Analysis, and Food Production Systems.
